What a week this has been...just wanted to say that I'm happy it's Friday and almost martini time. In order to wish my son-in-law a happy birthday I think I'll have a double and reflect on what could have been done better...as soon as I stop working for the day I'll start jotting down all the funny and exasperating things that made the sum and total of the week. I am a father of two girls and a boy, grandfather of five (two granddaughters by my oldest daughter and her husband and a set of triplets, two girls and a boy by my second daughter and her husband). My wife of 41 years has certainly had her hands full but she has a charming sense of humor, tons of tact, diplomacy, wit and patience (working mom, too), and has made every day one to cherish. Currently in the asphalt seal coating business my background consists of 38 years in the petroleum industry with interests in flying ( certified flight instructor with multi-engine and instrument instructor ratings), studied hypnosis (hypnotherapy and stage hypnosis), and delved into the weight loss industry ( I've gained and lost more pounds than anyone I know so I must be an expert in this field) with the Drinking Man's diet being one of my favorites. I love golf and golfing, play handball 2 nights a week, and go dancing ( Country and Western, line dancing - West Coast Swing my favorite ) on Friday and Saturday nights. So with this small introduction into a myriad of subjects I'm looking forward to another career and funfilled experiences with my new web log. Skoal !!!
